Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We may offer promotional or free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
