Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors when available.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

If an error occurred on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
